What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at anytime, just go to: https://www.schedulecovidtesting.com/manage and follow the prompts for cancellation. A refund will be issued once the appointment is cancelled.
We do request that you try to cancel outside of 24 hours of your scheduled appointment so your spot will be re-opened for others to schedule.
