What if my Worksite Labs test was positive, but I took a test the next day and it was negative?

What if my Worksite Labs test was positive, but I took a test the next day and it was negative?

The Worksite Labs test is highly sensitive. The very low false positive rate (1%), which would be a positive result that should have been negative, means that the likelihood that the Worksite Labs test is wrong is only 1%.

Other tests, including both rapid and other RT-PCR tests are less sensitive and can have a higher false negative rate.

Also, if you take your second test even a day or two after you took your Worksite Labs test, and especially in younger people, there is a chance that your body has cleared the virus and you are no longer shedding it, which would increase the chances of your second test being negative.
