I took the COVID test the same time as someone else and they received their results, but I haven’t received mine.
While processing in the lab, samples may be loaded on to different plates, meaning that the timing of results may differ even if you submitted them in the same party. Please allow some additional time for results to be released to the rest of your party as the lab finishes processing everyone's specimens.
