**Please note - when you cancel an appointment, it includes the primary along with any dependents (children) that were on the original appointment. A cancellation is for all parties you scheduled for.
To cancel an appointment, you will need to travel to the appointment management portal.
On the management portal page, you will enter the date of birth of the primary person who was on the appointment along with the phone number you used during scheduling:
You will be redirected to a page that has your appointment information. From here, you will need to select "cancel appointment":
You will then be asked to confirm your cancellation:
Once you select "cancel appointment" you will have a final screen showing that your appointment has been cancelled:
You will receive an email with your refund, which is proof of the cancellation. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, then please submit a support ticket:
