Worksite Labs offers customers the option to schedule their test using insurance for certain COVID test types. When you book your appointment through our website, you will need to enter your insurance information at that time. We do not offer retroactive reimbursement after you test. After your scheduled appointment date, you will not need to send anything to your insurance. Everything will be handled on our end during our billing process.
