**Please note - when you reschedule an appointment, it includes the primary along with any dependents (children) that were on the original appointment. Rescheduling is for all parties you originally scheduled for.
To reschedule an appointment, you will need to travel to the appointment management portal.
On the management portal page, you will enter the date of birth of the primary person who was on the appointment along with the phone number you used during scheduling:
You will be redirected to a page that has your appointment information. From here, you will need to select "reschedule appointment":
You will then be asked to select a new date and time:
Once you save and submit your new date and time you will have a final screen showing that your appointment has been rescheduled:
You will receive an email with your updated appointment details. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, then please submit a support ticket:
